Accounts-receivable & collections automation for NetSuite customers.
SuiteCollector is a multi-tenant SaaS that layers a modern, configurable collections workflow on top of NetSuite's ERP. It gives finance teams a purpose-built workspace to chase overdue invoices, manage disputes and payment promises, and understand customer payment risk — without living inside NetSuite itself.
What it does
- Configurable dunning workflows — Teams design multi-step collections sequences triggered by days-past-due. Ten real step actions execute automatically: email, physical letter (PDF), call/task creation, escalation, credit hold, hand-off to collections, and write-off, all driven by scheduled jobs.
- Two-way NetSuite sync — OAuth 2.0 client-credentials with JWT client assertion, querying NetSuite via SuiteQL over the SuiteTalk REST API. Pulls customers, invoices, payments, contacts, and addresses; pushes contacts, addresses, notes, and credit-hold status back. Incremental sync, historical import, invoice-PDF retrieval, error retry, and full sync-health observability.
- Promises to pay — Installment tracking with automatic payment matching, broken-promise detection, and reminders; active promises shield invoices from dunning.
- Disputes & credit applications — Log, resolve, and apply credits against open balances.
- Smart assignment — Rule-based routing of accounts to collectors, with bulk reassignment.
- Risk scoring — A statistical model (weighted days-to-pay, trend regression, exposure, promise reliability) that tiers customers by payment risk. (Rules-based analytics, not ML.)
- Reporting — Aging trends, cash forecast, collector performance, promise analysis, and workflow effectiveness, backed by daily AR snapshots.
- Team billing — Per-team subscriptions via Paddle (checkout, upgrades, cancellation, grace-period resume).
- Platform admin — A Filament superadmin panel for tenants, users, sync monitoring, and email deliverability.
